For this one special night, we invite you to join us to celebrate the incredible bounty Australasia presents us with at Euro. Our creators and hosts for the evening are Ben Devlin direct from The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide’s Regional Restaurant of the Year 2017 and Euro’s Executive Chef Gareth Stewart.
Paper Daisy hails from Cabarita Beach, Queensland and Australian coastal cooking is how Ben describes his style, with a penchant for foraging and seasonal produce. This skill has been honed during Ben’s years working under René Redzepi at Copenhagen’s famed Noma restaurant. And what better kitchen fellow to help source local and wild produce than Gareth Stewart.
Expect a night full of wild ingredients with some of Ben’s favourite accompaniments like Lilly Pilly, Lemon Aspen and Cumin Eucalyptus with wines to match. The hunting trip is planned, the preserving jars sealed, and the chefs promise a veritable feast of wild and wonderful cuisine with a huge nod to where we live in the world and what wonderful food we have to offer.

Enjoy a night on Princes Wharf with the Nourish Group.
This evening provides guests with a chance to see what the wharf has to offer and to experience 5 different waterfront venues in one night. The waterside Crab Shack bar is your meeting point, with a taster of crab and an aperitif to start the evening’s culinary journey. From there groups set off to sample distinct dining experiences at three great spots, namely the iconic Euro restaurant; The Culpeper for Southern Style BBQ by the sea; and the stunning FISH Restaurant for the finest seafood Auckland has to offer, not to mention the best harbour view in town.
As courses are complete guests will be guided to their next assigned restaurant and subsequent course. Each restaurant will be pairing its cuisine with a fine NZ wine, expertly selected to best match the fare on offer. Rounding out the night the after party will be at the best little cocktail bar in the city - Coley & Punch – where a well-earned cocktail will await you.
Ticket includes arrival drink & canape, 3 courses with matching wines and post dinner cocktail.
Also on the night guests will have the chance to win a $500 Nourish voucher which can be redeemed at any of the 11 Nourish venues!
