Alistair Guthrie, Artist
I was born in 1958 in Taranaki, Aotearoa New Zealand under that mighty mountain and wild west coast, a place of great spirit, light and surf. Photography has always been a presence in my life, my father was a professional photographer. From after school work in the studio, access to cameras, film, and the many photographic books and magazines available to me, I learned early on that this medium was a relevant form of self-expression and dare I say art. I have used it as my eye on the world that I live in, and have earned a living from editorial, advertising, design and my own art photography ever since. This has been my journey so far, and I feel I am just starting to understand it.

Gareth Stewart, Executive Chef
The new Euro is more of a relaxed scene. It’s like our house, where we have friends over and I cook for them, and the servers talk about the food while they’re putting it out in front of our guests.
