Our annual oyster extravaganza is back! Princes Wharf will be awash in Bluffies and all sorts of other bivalves during our March Oyster Festival. They’ll be freshly shucked, sautéed, simmered and served with Champagne, whiskey, beers and wines.
There will be all-you-can-eat deals, masterclasses, live music, lavish set menus and everything else you could possibly want to make the most of Bluff oyster season.

Be among the first in the country to tuck into new-season Bluffies at Euro’s all-you-can-eat extravaganza.
Every year Euro's executive chef Gareth Stewart fly's down to Bluff to collect the first Bluff Oyster haul and bring them back to Auckland. With over 1,000 dozen Bluff Oysters, this lunch cannot be missed!
To start the day, you'll be greeted with a complimentary glass of Champagne, followed by freshly shucked bluffies served natural, Kilpatrick & tempura. To top things off, you'll enjoy a specially designed two-course set menu by executive chef Gareth Stewart.
