Euro’s Executive Chef Gareth Stewart is inviting diners who are serious about good food to get an insight into his methods by dining at the chef’s table.

Euro’s Executive Chef Gareth Stewart is inviting diners who are serious about good food to get an insight into his methods by dining at the chef’s table.

The nine-course degustation focuses on Stewart’s favourite produce. The menu will change with the seasons - the current menu features dishes  such as scampi with green gazpacho and buttermilk curds; wagyu beef with black garlic, mushroom and raw egg yolk; and trevally ceviche with cucumber, dill & lavosh. *menu subject to change.

Diners will be seated at the open kitchen, with a full view of Stewart plating up each individual course, and will have the chance to question him about what he’s doing at each step.

Cost: $150 per head; wine matches are an additional $75 per head. 
Time: 6.30pm - 9.00pm, every Wednesday

A Taste of Aria

This dinner is bound to be an extraordinary feast designed by Mother Nature herself, with Joel bringing a taste of a new Aria to Euro.

The creators and hosts for the evening are Joel Bickford of legendary Sydney waterside restaurant Aria and Gareth Stewart, Euro.

Aria brought on new executive chef, Joel Bickford, this year after 19 years previously with the same chef at the helm. With Joel’s strong connection with nature (having spent his childhood growing up on a property in the Blue Mountains) and his 20 years plus experience in kitchens including Biota Dining (NSW) and fine dining Sydney establishment, The Gantry, he will be creating simple yet refined food that will suit and celebrate our amazing fresh and seasonal produce.  

This ‘less is more‘ philosophy is echoed in the dining style at Euro.

Princes Wharf Progressive Dinner

Enjoy a night of dining on Princes Wharf with the Nourish Group. This evening provides guests with a chance to experience three different waterfront venues in one night. The waterside Crab Shack bar is your meeting point, with a welcome drink and canapé, followed by an entree to start the evening’s culinary journey.

From there the group divides into two: half will head to Euro Bar & Restaurant for a fabulous main course; the other half will feast on a delicious main course at The Culpeper. Things switch up for dessert, with your group heading to whichever restaurant you have not yet experienced. Each establishment will pair dishes with fine NZ wines, selected to complement the food.

This event is communal dining – so please note you may be sitting at a table with other diners. On the night, guests will also have the chance to win a $250 Nourish voucher redeemable at any of the 11 Nourish venues.

The progressive dinner includes The Crab Shack, The Culpeper and Euro Bar & Restaurant.
