The proper but still relaxed service, as always, was pitched at the perfect mid-point between knowledgeable and knowing. Our attentive waiter was not at all fazed by our decision to order seven dishes in all (nine counting dessert) and we were glad we did. Read the full review at the NZ Herald site

We’ve waited for the return of this waterfront dining institution – and it’s back. We’re happy to report that Euro’s new look and menu under the watchful eye of Executive Chef and My Kitchen Rules judge Gareth Stewart, is destined to woo with just as much gusto as before. Gareth’s approach to cooking is about simplicity and showcasing the very best seafood and other locally sourced ingredients.
With a background in classic French cuisine and fine dining, he says his approach has evolved over the years. “Today for me it’s about the guest rather than the food the chef wants to cook. Diners want something fresh, energising and new, with a bit of a story. They want to know a product was farmed ethically and produced naturally.”
